Jeff Reed is an effective leader with more than 10 years of business analysis and project management experience in the digital communications space identifying and solving complex communication and business problems.He has a successful track record of consulting with organizations defining project goals and objectives, building consensus, facilitating partnerships, and inspiring teams to deliver results within agreed timelines.

Reedhouse consulting has worked with non-profit and private sector organizations. Clients include the MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning, MIT’s Security Studies Program, The National Brain Tumor Society, MOR Associates, Dedham Ophthalmic Consultants & Surgeons and Surgisite Boston.

Previously he worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the Departmental Consulting and Application Development team providing consultation in all facets of building and maintaining websites. After working directly with MIT departments, labs and centers as a DCAD Web Consultant he became Manger of the team. During his tenure as Manager he transformed the team from a group of expert web project advisors to a highly performing team of business analysts, project managers and developers. During that time he was involved in the launching of many departmental websites in addition to several high profile MIT sites like MIT World, MIT Medical’s GetFit Challenge, and the MIT Idea Bank.

Prior to MIT Jeff worked as a web developer translating visual designs into fully functioning websites for Barrett Communications. He also worked in the advertising industry at several companies as a media planner, buyer and salesperson. Jeff understands the web as an essential medium to support communication plans and to reach specific audiences. His time as a web developer gives him an appreciation for the complexities of defining, designing and developing a great website.
